You Can't See Me, but I'm Dancing

I found an organization to take our things!
St. Vincent de Paul is going to be dropping off a truck on Tuesday and leaving it for us to load as we are able.
!! This is me twirling ;-)
What's more is that they were so gracious...and present! Of all of the charities that I spoke to, they are the only one to stop for a second and ask me why and then even went on to have a brief conversation about healing, faith, charity and trying to do the right thing. We had different words to express what we were speaking about, but the message was the same, leaving us saying, "Yes, yes, exactly!"
So awesome.
It turns out that they are in the process of trying to expand and it couldn't be a better time for them to wind up with a whole ton of things. How beautifully serendipitous.
I think we're going to try to get a box stuffing/truck loading party together....
Yahoooooo!
Now, on to the next question: Dude, Where Our Bus?? ;-)

Believe, and He shall provide.
Or put it to the universe and it will send what you need.
Whatever you espouse.
Our family is in the midst of getting rid of a lot of stuff, to move up to NH and embrace a simpler lifestyle, so I know a bit of what you're going through. We're not going quite so whole hog as you are, but the principle is the same. We make our own soap, can our veggies for use in the winter, raise our own chickens for meat, etc. There's so much to learn!
If you ever need an ear, revallyson@gmail.com will get me!
I have a good lead on a good bus, served a family well, but it is in far upstate New York. Any help?
I also have my own bus but I think I want to keep it and its only a 25 foot bumper to bumper (inside about 17 feet long) I only mention mine because its pictured on my blog and I didn't want to mislead you.
Congradulations!
This is great news! Congratulations!!

Yay!!! That makes me happy :o)
DUDE, what's mine say? Sweet...
I just surfed my way to the NY Times article about you guys, so this is more Re: That than anything. Your story makes me feel like cheering. I want a simpler life!
It may be a bit small for a family of four, but I found this RV while perusing for my own minimalist dream on eBay today: http://is.gd/ly5. I just sent my son to college and now have only one child at home and the mobile minimalist is my dream too -- it's nice to see others doing it while I'm still planning. All the best!
