I can always relate to your posts. You speak with such honesty and integrity and I love visiting your spot.
I too am constantly trying to downsize and live more simply. Sometimes I tend to really ride myself day and night over the fact that no matter how hard I try, I still feel like we have too much and of course along with that "stuff" comes frustrations and stresses in dealing with that stuff. Energy that could be better spent elsewhere, no doubt with my family. I currently am in the process of getting rid of all of those clothes that we NEVER wear or EVER will wear. Why did I continue to hold on to them for so long???
Sorry for the ramble ... lol. In a nutshell, thanks for keeping it so real :)
Peace,
Erin
http://wildasweeds.blogspot.com/

I was searching the internet for information on Fi...

I was searching the internet for information on Fibromyalgia and found your video on YouTube. I have had it for most of my life, I realize now and thru my research I have found many alternative therapies that I understand others feel may be "out there". Like you, I don't care how crazy it sounds or seems, wanting to be well overrides my concerns with other people's opinions.

I found a suppliment regime via a gal on YouTube that seems to work. Unfortunately, I became a bit too comfortable and let it slide, so here I sit again in more pain than I imagined possible. Needless to say, I am going to get back on track. Reading your Blog will be part of that, as it seems you have a lot of excellent information here.

I also benefit from Reiki treatments... infra-red sauna... and crystal/stone therapy. I didn't believe but was willing to try and am certainly glad I did.

I know you don't have a regime, perse but would you be willing to converse with me, share notes and see if we could help each other? I am particularily interested in any suppliments, herbs and such you are taking. Perhaps, in turn we could help others as it seems we are far from alone.

I don't often Blog anymore, but hope to change that, as well. I hope to hear from you.

Bright Blessings!

So very, very true.
